This sweet little French flower girl was at a wedding I shot recently. She picked up her father’s heavyweight Canon camera and was wandering around the garden with the strap slung over her shoulder like a pro. As the father saw me approaching with my camera, he started to coax her into showing me how to use it.
“How do you take a photo, cherie? Show the lady how you do it!” This is the second in a sequence of two shots. The first shows the little girl looking at me curiously with the camera by her side. A split second later she lifted it to her eyes and this second shot was born.
